At least she was improving, she thought; she'd redoubled her efforts after getting fighting pointers from Blonsky. Half her time was spent hitting the bag, and the other half maintaining and/or improving her physical strength.
Using one of the adjacent machines, she continued her repetitions, lifting more weight than her tiny frame would suggest she could handle. She gave Wanda an unimpressed once-over. The girl was starting awfully low.
"Never worked out before?" she asked with a tiny, snide smirk, shaking her head.

She kept working, her cheeks burning only for a few moments as she schooled herself against taking the stranger's attitude to heart.
Wanda was very thin--too thin, with a slightly unhealthy look, like an ex-invalid. She made up for her lack of strength with determination, silently working through her discomfort.
"You've obviously been at this a while." she didn't expect an actual conversation out of the woman, but it seemed less rude than just slapping on her headphones immediately.

She almost adds I don't have a choice, but then that would make it sound as though she wasn't happy to serve him. Instead, she settles on "My job requires it."

The walking meditation was an idea she had come up with back home. Basically she let chaos and intuition guide her, trying to leave her talking mind out of it as much as possible. Where she ended up was sometimes interesting, sometimes boring, but usually she learned something from it. She walked at a moderate pace, watching out for people and obstacles, but seeming a little tranced out.

She knew enough not to disturb him, but instead waited a little ways away, watching the mudra-like movements of his hands. Her fingers started to imitate the movements a little tentatively; she chewed her lip thoughtfully.

"Oh, Lord Loki!" she stifled a giggle with her hand, cheeks rather red. "Oh man, you scared me. Hi!"
