The walking meditation was an idea she had come up with back home. Basically she let chaos and intuition guide her, trying to leave her talking mind out of it as much as possible. Where she ended up was sometimes interesting, sometimes boring, but usually she learned something from it. She walked at a moderate pace, watching out for people and obstacles, but seeming a little tranced out.

She knew enough not to disturb him, but instead waited a little ways away, watching the mudra-like movements of his hands. Her fingers started to imitate the movements a little tentatively; she chewed her lip thoughtfully.

"The idea is to walk until you find something, but sometimes I move around at intervals, say fifteen minutes at a stretch, and stuff comes to me. This is my first one on the Barge, and I'm waiting to see what I'll see."
