[Tony is working through the night on Mark III suit upgrades and Mark IV planning stages thanks to a quick nap after dinner. It's a perpetual sort of thing -- all of this tinkering and busywork -- especially since he isn't running a company at present, and retains the title of Fail Warden™.]

[The knock startled Tony a little -- he was all too aware of the hour.]

JARVIS? Who is that? [He asked apprehensively. 'A young girl, sir. Blonde. Claire Bennet.' the posh British voice answered.] Let her in? If she's not armed. [That sounded a little crazy to him -- to think that she'd be armed -- but it didn't hurt, especially on the Barge. With a small click, the door popped open, courtesy of JARVIS. Tony didn't even need to move from the metal work bench piled in his cabin. He spared her a glance and then continued soldering the inside of his Mark III helmet.]

Don't you believe in beauty rest, Claire?

10:00 AM - Dining Hall the_ironman May 10 2010, 10:13:11 UTC
[Grabbing a bran muffin, coffee, a bushel of bananas, and two hard-boiled eggs, Tony heads for a corner of the dining hall with his phone in hand. He keeps to himself, tapping busily on the phone while consuming the first of six bananas. There's some green concoction in a clear plastic bottle that he keeps drinking from, in addition to coffee. On this rare occasion, he isn't dressed in a suit and tie -- he's wearing some sort of black racing suit and a pair of matching tennis shoes.]

[Good lord, that's a lot of bananas.]

Feeling a bit low on potassium, are we?

[He doesn't look up from his phone because dammit, it's a woman's voice and she's probably attractive and he's not dressed for this. Instead, he lets out a light laugh continues tapping away.]

The AI system that runs my cabin was adamant about the potassium, so here we are. He said a minimum of six, and I'm here to fulfill the bare minimum.

[The curiosity is killing him, so he looks up at her. Yep. Attractive woman. Sheesh oh beesh.]

You have a very precise and caring AI.

[She smiles.]

You're Tony Stark, aren't you? Una Persson. I think we're neighbours, actually.

[After a quick stop to his room to put on his suit, Tony makes his way to the laundromat with a basket of clothes in hand. So it was a little excessive to use the suit to carry the huge basket of clothes in need of a wash -- so what? He was comfortable in it as his own skin, and the amount of clothes made the basket extra heavy. It was early!]

[Arthas, missing his own armor since the port and thus sulking around in painfully unimpressive clothing, really couldn't help but stop and double back upon passing...whatever the hell that was.]

[Tony waved as he passed. He couldn't help it. The attention was something he responded to positively.] Good afternoon, citizen.

[That got an eyeroll.]

Is that armor?

[He looked genuinely fascinated. There was a chance it was a construct, but it didn't move like one.]

There aren't any forge-marks...

11:30 AM - The CES the_ironman May 10 2010, 10:23:12 UTC
[Assuming his clothes would be fine to wash themselves (He had, after all, made a detachable lock for one of the machines), he heads to the CES as quickly as possible. Sometimes the suit scared passers-by in the hall.

The intent was to test the upgrades he'd made in the last few days, and test he did. The scenario in the CES was a clear, sunny field with several trees peppering the scene -- perfect for what he needed to test: aerial target practice.]

[The Doctor had seen to the library's staff function (including his ward) for the morning, and had just about no idea what to do with himself afterward. He already had a bad habit of sitting in there for over 20 hours of a relative day when he found an interesting book to distract him, and he was beginning to feel the tingle of wanderlust around his edges again.

So it was that he found himself wandering in the direction of the CES, as close to other worlds as he could come without running off in the TARDIS and risking his memories all over again. He entered cautiously, afraid of stepping into something as dreadful as Mondas or Skaro... but relaxed visibly when he found himself instead in a relatively open field, Earthlike in nature. He supposed that either nothing had come of the entry scan, or he had come upon someone else's environment. Glancing around, he took a step further in- and nearly stumbled over his own feet in response to the large metallic creature which zipped through the air nearby.]

[Preoccupied with testing, it took several minutes before Tony paid any attention at all to the reading that JARVIS was giving him, informing him of humanoid life in the area. Humanoid life?, he thought, just a little perplexed that JARVIS hadn't used the word human all by its lonesome.

Landing nearby, he made sure to approach visibly, certain that the last thing he wanted was to give one of his fellow occupants of the Barge a heart attack.]

Afternoon. [He waved as his helmet popped open, revealing his face -- eyebrow raised.]

[The Doctor, of course, had been staring between the flying object and their surroundings in an odd and enraged sort of panic. He looked positively stricken for a moment when the thing landed and began to approach, before his expression became determined and he scanned the environs around them, backing away- though his stance suggested he was looking to incapacitate rather than run.

He didn't seem to calm until the more human face and demeanour were revealed, at which point he relaxed visibly, exuding a nearly indignant relief.]

Goodness, that was a scare. How do you do? So sorry- I was going to do a few more experiments with my effects on the Enclosure, and I thought you were some new strain of Cyberman. You're that, ah... Mr. Stark fellow, aren't you?

[After dropping off his suit and taking a quick shower, Tony heads to the infirmary. He's feeling a little light-headed after a long testing period in the CES, and has come to that conclusion that he needs some good 'ol acetaminophen to fix it right up.]

[Watching the scene play out -- first with surprise, then amusement, followed by a vested interest in K9 -- was a little surreal. Tony made no move to change positions from where he had ducked under the frame of a cabin entrance as to not collide with the lunging Doctor.

Instead, he opted to lean against the frame, one eyebrow lifted as he continued to stare quizzically at K9. The Doctor addressed him and broke his reverie, to which Tony responded by fixing him with bemused expression.]

"Afternoon. Or is it--" [He looked down at his watch for a quick distraction and then switched gears almost immediately.] "Anyway. That." [He pointed at K9.] "What is that?
