What: A day in the life of Rube Sofer

Where: Everywhere!
Does your character run in to Rube in the CES in the morning? In the hallway on the way to breakfast shift? Talk to him while he's eating or working? Play with his dog? Nod to him while he's serving food? Swear at him at dinner?
