last entry, i said i've lost 13 pounds. and i'm very proud of myself!
and it is a huge challenge for me to reach my weight goal. i've been stuggling with my weight loss. but i've been staying on diet/exercising for about a month now.
after i looked at my before and after pics. i realized that i cannot neglect all my hard work and gain weight back on

It’s very hard. I’m telling you! I miss junk food but looking the pictures. It’s not worth it & unfortunately, I cannot eat any junk food. :o[
I know in the end will be worth it. I’m hoping to reach 150 pounds by end of July for my brother's sis's wedding. I don’t know if I’ll be able to achieve my goal. *cross my fingers* It'll be awesome if I lose 20 pounds in 2 months.
I talked to my manager and he knows a lot about fitness etc. He said that I could lose 20 pounds in 2 months if I’m really serious about it (which I’m serious about losing weight). I have to watch my eating habits and exercise at least 40 minutes 4 days a week. I told him that I exercise everyday. He encouraged me not to exercise everyday because I may lose weight slowly. So, I exercise at least 4 days for 40 minutes. We’ll see.

Yup yup, it's me! haha
I still have 40 pounds to go.
I cannot wait to achieve my goal to around 140-130.
In my adulthood, I never was 130-150lbs.
So, it'll be interesting how I'll look.
