Hooray! Progress!

I FINALLY solved the Victorian overskirt problem! I decided to lay the piece of fabric I had out flat and work with it that way (I'm just using the piece I originally used for the overskirt). I decided to experiment with pleats, and got something that looked pretty good. So I played some more and I think I've worked it out :D

hahaha I know :P But I'm a woman, I reserve the right to change my mind as often as I want :P I was a bit worried that I wouldn't get everything for Rita done in time, and then I noticed that there's going to be a couple of Steampunkers there (post on the Steam Fashion community) so I figured, well at least someone would know what I was supposed to be, and the Victorian really didn't require as much work
