I am convinced that the pattern companies are being bribed by the fabric companies to make patterns and pattern layouts that take up as much fabric as possible. I saw a pattern the other day, that took almost six metres of fabric, that witha bit of adjustments and re-doing the layout, I could do in three and a half. yes, on the same width fabric.
Don't you just love conspiracy theories? hehe.
Well done in the cutting out- thats the part I hate the MOST about costuming/sewing (funny enough, I LOVE designing cutting layouts)
