Hahaha ok so I know I'm being kind of neurotic about this whole wig thing but I just really love this character so much I want to get the colour perfect!

Anywho so I think I may have found a Curtains Dress wig. It's in quite a vibrant copper colour, it's long enough that I could put some curl into the bottom and have it the right length when it's

Okay, is it just me, or is that a really freaky expression for a wig bust/model? Whoa.

It really is scary! Almost puts you off the wig! Actually there's one on the sight in a brighter red that's even scarier! But I really do like this wig, I think it's such a great colour :D

Their wigs are very thick and fantastic quality, and just for your own reference, my wig is made by a company called 'forever young'. This might be one of them too.

It really is! It's not as close as that other wig (which was perfect, but not quite long enough once curled - but maybe ok for the Ball gown) but it's a gorgeous vibrant colour I think it would look great with the curtain dress. The lady was so helpful too, I emailed her about it and that is the only style that comes in that colour. But I'm pretty certain I'll be able to curl it (lots of hairspray and hot water with spiral curlers). I was wondering about the thickness though, so it's good to know. I'm jsut worried because it's so expensive, but they do post quickly so I can order it closer to Sydnova (so long as they keep selling it!).

So I think in the meantime, I'll still get the other two cosworx wigs in fire red for the Animated and wedding dress.

The trouble with the wig in your entry is that the parting cannot be moved. It's not a skin top, it's a skin part. Most wigs with a fringe have a parting that is set in stone. You need a side parting don't you??

The wig you linked to in this reply has very vibrant streaks by the look of things. I don't like it :(

Ah yes, well that does pose a problem. It's a left side parting, quite left side! So yeah, that wig owuld cause a problem. Bummer! Oh well, I'll keep searching!

Ok, I swore out loud when I saw the model-head!! It envolved the word 'Holy' and the bad word for pro-create...

Other than that, its a great wig!

Hahaha yes it is rather strange!

And yes it's a gorgeous wig, but as Alison pointed out, it doens't have a moveable part, which is an issue for me! Oh well... back to the drawing board!
