New Metaphor, B-Fest, and assorted maunderings

You know I'm avoiding dealing with the root cause of a problem when my brain persists in devising new metaphors for the issues rather than teasing out the solution. Nonetheless, I have decided that my manner of dealing with issues is not unlike having a rock tumbler: one puts in the issues, with grit and water, and turns the switch and lets it run

Well, it is somewhat easier for oberndorf to make a totally unannounced and surprise visit, but of course I would always love to see the Pooka, or the Blue Guy for that matter. :( I did not mean it as a slight. *glomps*
