That's terrible! That's...really uncalled for. If I were you, I'd call back when you have some time and ask to speak to the doctor (usually you can get them to call you back if you make a point of it. I've had to get my doctor's clearance on a prescription before.) And maybe quietly tell them about your experience, that you're not looking for a new physician at this time, but you're concerned about the level of care you may receive because of this individual's actions...I don't even. To be honest that level of rudeness kinda blows me away. @_@
