You can't arrest Santa!!!!

He brings joy to all the children around the world!!!

A criminal is a criminal, it doesn't matter who he makes happy, his crimes cannot be excused!

But they're not crimes! Without Santa there can't be a Christmas!!

Do you know why Christmas is celebrated? It has nothing to do with Santa.

Well...yes... Christmas is a Christian based celebration, and the concept of Santa Claus came much later.

But for little children, Santa means everything to them, especially to those who don't practice the Christian faith! Along with Jesus, he symbolizes Christmas as modern times know it, and children love him!

I am well aware of that, but it does not excuse his crimes.

Can't you overlook this one? Think of all the good he does!

No. A criminal must be punished.
