Yesterday And Today

Yesterday it snowed quite a bit. I woke up to snow, and I get up pretty early on Tuesdays. I had two classes yesterday, psycholinguistics and speech and language development, and I felt okay so I wasn't about to skip MORE class when I felt fine, even if the ground was covered in snow. those cranberry muffins sound delish. now i want cranberry muffins. i feel like you do with feeling anxious and not getting enough stuff done. i was supposed to work on a paper all day today and did zilch and then didnt even go to class. its my own fault i will just have to work harder the next few weeks.

havent talked to you in awhile, hope things are going well

Hi Trina. Hope things are good with you as well. I do that often enough too - I set aside a day to work on something for school, and then I don't do ANY of it. But not only do I not do the thing I intended, I actually do NOTHING AT ALL. Not a great thing to have in common!

Well, it wasnt that she wasnt doing any work, its that she wasnt doing the work she was supposed to do. She would do things that either werent assigned at all, or that someone else was assigned to do, so what she WAS supposed to have done didnt get done at all, and we couldnt proceed until someone (me, every time) did her portion for her. For example, one week she was supposed to make a table using the data we collected during class time. The table was to be used for the next class. She made a copy of the example table using the example data, and then came up with some kind of formula to calculate the rest of the table (because the example table wasnt completed) and thought that was her assignment - figuring out how to fill in the missing info. So we had no table to use in class, or rather, we had one, but using it would have been pointless because it was full of made up information. She also typed up the data we DID collect, which is what was supposed to be in the table... and printed it out in list form. She thought that was making ( ... )

Unfortunately... I feel like having a job - any kind of job, anywhere - might possibly involve something disturbingly similar to GROUP WORK
