We're off to Cork tomorrow for the weekend, it's us, Adam and his new plus one and our friends from Henley who we haven't seen since the steamy days of Summer.

It's an hours flight from Manchester and Adam will collect us from the airport as he's driving from Dublin. We're staying in a lovely house and filling all three rooms. Supper that night

The house looks fabulous and the restaurant menus had me drooling. All sounds so wonderful. A far cry from what I'll be doing this weekend - working. Have a wonderful time!
