So, I'm on my Ob/GYN rotation. I'm up to my ears in vaginas and babies. In fact I think the rotation should be called Vaginas/Babies. I really enjoyed getting squirted in the face with blood today when the doc cut the cord on the only spontaneous vaginal delivery I saw today. When it's pregnant with a large child and that child gets stuck in a strange position while the woman is contracting. Very rare, but can be fatal.
