- background is contrasted too much compared to Elizabeth - As much as I like the composition, the saturation needs to be dialed back. As well, Weir sort of... stick out of the icon in an unflattering way. It's like she's pasted on top, not a part of it. - the background is too bright, it draws the attention away from Elizabeth. - [i love the concept but the background it just too busy, the color seem to clash with lizzie] - [the stock Atlantis background doesn't fit well with the foreground. The background is too busy and bright for how dark liz is.] - [The background image of Atlantis overwhelms Weir and it wasn't well blended] - the colors in the background texture are oversaturated so as to overwhelm Elizabeth; additionally, Atlantis looks oversharpened. - I really like city shot, but Elizabeth competes with the background rather than works with it.
- The coloring is just a bit too dark giving her face an unflattering shade, and not providing a good enough contrast with the background, could use a little more sharpening as well. - too dark and not enough contrast, Elizabeth doesn't stand out from the background. - [the icon is a little too dark, lizzie's face is a little too red and it kind of clashes with the background] - Lovely texture use. - not bright enough
- lovely coloring - The yellow blob between the characters is very distracting. A little oversharpened. - the texture used in the background is distracting because of the yellow "blob" right between the two images. It distracts from what would otherwise have been a lovely icon. - the yellow doesn't work for me - the texture distracts from the image too much - the bright yellow spot in the middle is strangely positioned and probably unnecessary - though I don't like the yellow blob in the middle of the icon, the colouring still greatly appeals to me; very nice.
- gorgeous colours and i really like the use of the planets - Because the sky is awesome! - [Love the colors and love the planets over top, very well blended] - while the colors, image placement and editing is lovely, the stock image of the planets doesn't compliment the rest of the icon. - Beautiful work making Elizabeth the sole focus. The coloring is soft and lovely, and the planets effect gives it something really special. - it took me a moment, but once I saw the planets I fell in love. very pretty!
