I love the videos. You always look so poised when you are riding, driving, or otherwise handling horses. You have such nice posture!

Thanks! I've worked hard at it! Especially after three pregnancies my abs had a tendency to want to be slack so I had to put a lot of conscious effort into keeping them properly engaged for a while. I'm pleased it shows!
