I guess I jinxed my week in my last post when I predicted it would be an easy week. School-wise I guess it still is. On the home front, though, not so much. Rook is sick. He's had a lingering cough for the last couple of weeks since we both had the flu. To add to that, at about 11:45 p.m. on Saturday he woke up complaining of a stomachache and

Poor Rook :( Hot steam helps clear sinuses, though I'm sure you've heard that... I'm sure he'll be fine right away, though, with the medicine.

We've done some steam treatments because I know they work for me. He's absolutely not interested in eating my wasabi, which is my personal remedy. It looks like the medicine is working, so yay!

I usually make a large dessert on Saturday or Sunday (something along the lines of cake or pie, most of the time) and then we have that during the week. Right now he's also got Halloween candy as a dessert option, too. So it's not like I make fancy torts every evening or something :P.
