Biscuits and gravy. Fried potatoes with ketchup and Tabasco. Dark rye toast with lots of butter. Two scrambled eggs. Water and coffee.

I had two nickels today today, and I listened to “Girl Watcher” twice.

Too much drinking last night, and so I have a horrible taste in my mouth that won’t go away. I order an omelet with lots of green peppers and spicy jack cheese and put Tabasco on it in hopes that I can remove the raunch from my palette.
