The Dubie chant bugs me, ditto the Moose chant. They both sound like booing, haha.
I like that two of my favourite goalies(/all-time players) have a chance to help us out considerably. I adore Biron + Brodeur, so it will be a cruel twist of dramatic irony if neither of them can be clutch for me.

Last night poeticwonder and I wrote a few letters to Wade Belak, and sent them to him too, with some msgs to the team. They basically said to give the team some heart, aand to tell coach!Daddy never to wear pinstripes ever again. I already wrote a whole rant ish thing about yesterday's game...and the main thing I can pick out of it is that the boys need some heart. I didn't see nearly enough of it out there...grah. Oh Leafs, you have to do everything the hard way.

I'm saying. Sillinger was there too, drinking all your beer and feeding your dog pot brownies. And don't even get me started on Dubie.
That's so cool, and I love that you mentioned the pinstripes. Hee. RE: the guys needing heart - The hardest, most frustrating thing is, I know they have it in them. They've got more fight in them than they've shown this week. They just have to dig a little deeper, like I said. Here's hoping they pull it out for Saturday. A little bit of luck wouldn't hurt either.

Hahaha. Well we had to...he needs to not wear them ever again! And I know the boys have it in them...they just need to let it out. A leader needs to go off on them, and go off on them today. Perhaps even publically, but it has to be done. And they need to grow some heart and play like they mean it.
