Home from China, upgraded to leopard, still doing selections on pictures.
Had a great time, 2nd wedding anniversary in China was kinda cool.
Still a little discombobulated but mostly back on US/Eastern -

Dinner
Red Wine, cottage cheese on a bed of spinach, tossed with dried cranberries and caramelized walnuts, drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette lightly dusted with fresh ground pepper and medium grind sea salt.
I expect that I will have some key lime pie soon.
Also it is quite nice out, there may be a midnight run. -

Pre-Pennsic
If you are not sitting down, you probably should
For those who know...we have already started packing for Pennsic .
I know this seems unnatural, we almost promise to be up Friday/Thursday.
Having started packing more than say 36 hours before or even 14 hours after our planned
departure seems a bit strange. -
Race For the Cure Today
Got up at 5:00 5:15, made coffee, took a shower.
Bowl of Cheerios and two cups of coffee out the door by 6:15ish
Parked at 7
Picked up my bib and T-Shirt and made it to the start about 5 minutes
after 8:00
Finished in 42:24 race time, so it would seem that we made fairly good time.
Had a banana and some fruit juice then hit the Yoplait truck.

cussata and I have been on a diet...part of that is needing to get more exercise.
