croissants & Pain au Chocolat

I made croissants today and one pain au chocolat. There's still a dozen croissants waiting to be baked. I would have made them right after the croissants finished baking, but the bottom element of the oven burned out while the croissants were cooking. Eek! Baking croissants shouldn't be nearly so exciting! I hope you get your oven fixed or replaced soon so that you can go back to making delicious baked goods. A toaster oven is great but it doesn't fully replace a real oven.
