Aw, Tom... my life, and I would be so different without having you in them. I've learned a lot about myself from you, and noone's better at a good political discussion than Rob. Did he ever tell you about the talk we had about Michael Eisner the morning he drove me to the airport? It was a *great* talk, because Rob really knew his stuff.

I miss you guys so much, and I miss fucking with the gulls at Paradise Cove, and sitting watching the surfer boys. Or driving around the city with the windows open and the Dandy Warhols on the stereo. That drink at Yamashiro. Looking out over the valley. That absolutely amazing dinner we had. I still remember that spinach!

Thanks to you and Rob, I've gotten turned on to some amazing music--Dandy Warhols for one. I have to come to LA and experience Amoeba records. Hang with the Niblet. Mooch all your food. *grins*

When did you mail the present? I should get it tomorrow, I'm hoping!
