McDonald's Tries In Vain to Re-Invent Their Name
All I have to say is keep my chicken finger prices down and stop fighting losing battles. The word has only been in the English language for two decades, but the hamburger chain McDonald's would like to see the word "McJob" McEliminated from the Read more... )

If McDonald's really wants to change the term "McJob," maybe they should work on changing the definition. You know, by making it more stimulating and more rewarding with better chance of advancement? No, that wouldn't be very cost-effective. It is much more effective to whine and moan like a snotty little spoiled child.

I had a guy in the other day who wanted to exchange his pack of cigarettes because he meant to get a box instead of a soft pack, after he'd already smoked two of them!! Forgiving that it's technically illegal to refund or exchange cigarettes once they left the store, what the fuck did he expect us to do with them? Who is going to buy an open pack with two cigarettes missing? Fucking moron. We told him that he should pay more attention next time. Jesus Christ, it's four dollars. Accept your loss and get on with your life!

I may have more later, once I have the time and peace of mind to investigate all the links.

I saw a guy a Wal Mart trying to return a box of Twinkies after he had eaten three of them. I am not making this up.

I've been wearing black since, oh, about 3rd grade. I just choose black from my closet a lot. I like dark colors. I don't like how I look in white. I wore pinkish/purple silk to my wedding because I didn't want to spend the whole day in a color I don't dig: http://jessicabat.smugmug.com/gallery/195598#7455508
