I'm having a hard time answering b/c how I feel and how I react are two different things. I'd definitely care no matter who spilled soup on me, but if it was someone I truly liked I would do damage control on my pants about equally with trying to make my friend not feel bad. Though I totally agree with the spoon thing -- if I don't like someone, their flaws become magnified and obvious.
