He so is! I've always adored him. I miss original Iron Chef so much, I wish they would still air it!! The new chairman is said to be the nephew of Chairman Kaga. I think he is, he looks like him and he's bloody crazy just like Kaga, but mum is convinced he's just an actor they found who happens to be part Japanese. The epic argument continues to this day, hehheh.
