You are being far to generous.

I hope you let her know how NOT OK this is.

NO. No. no. You CALL her boss AND send a letter and you do it immediately. Dear friend, your health is important and you DO NOT MESS WITH A CANCER PATIENT'S DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT. This is a life or death situation and it is HER JOB to take care of these things. If she cannot do the job she is paid to do, perhaps she needs to go work in a different office where there is less on the line than your life.

In conjunction with the word "criminal", and "litigation", and "malpractice". I also get some mileage out of "deliberate malfeasance" and "gonna put my foot in your ass and pull you on like a boot"...

NO. You don't give her a 3rd chance. This is your health and her incompetence is NOT a reason you should end up being delayed in getting medical attention.

If her job were important to her she wouldn't be screwing up so much.

GET WHAT YOU NEED! And do NOT feel guilty about it!

Love you!

I vote for the boss-call too, hon. Pray God the delay will mean nothing but aggravation to you, because your bump will be nothing, but she is also f'ing up the appointments and consultations and so on of how many others as well?
Besides, SOMEBODY needs to set up your appointments, and do it RIGHT.

Go get her NOW.

"incompetent" and "cancer treatment" should never, ever be used in the same sentence.
