We need your help.

Our family cat "Bats Masterson" sustained an injury. We're not sure if he was hit by a car or if someone hit him with an object. Our 2 year old little boy just walked in the door in the morning and fell over with an injury to his head. We're in a negative financial situation as my ( Read more... )

I would like to introduce you to Darcelle and Maxwell. It's been a little lonely here at my desk so during lunch today I went to  The Wet Spot and picked them out.

Darcelle, henceforth named since he totally acts like a queen when he fans his fins out whenever my hand goes near the tank.  He's a Crowntail Beta.

It's a 2.5 mile annual walk-a-thon called the Mad Hatter Walk & Roll fundraiser for the Lupus Foundation of America Pacific Northwest Chapter. I'm organizing my own team comprised of friends and members from our community to join me. Why am I doing it? Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie trailer

I just discovered that climbing stairs is harder than I thought. I've decided I'm going to take the stairs in the morning and during lunch instead of using the elevator.  According to this nifty site I'm burning about 110 calories everytime I use them.

Yup....I'm definitely going to start taking the stairs.....all 13 flights.
