Sadly debt is a way of life, especially if you own a home, but the credit card got out of control last year. Luckily I only have one.

Be cautious of mortgage brokers! You are doing the right thing to go through your local bank. Good luck! My suggestion is a vinyl fence-more expensive at the start, but no upkeep! tell people you are part of a government program for "Green" yards!
