Despite the continuing lack of HD on my HD tv. I decided not to take the box in (plus I didn't get the cartoons watched from last night). I emailed them. Maybe I need to have them activate something or pay more or something? If worse comes to worse, I can arrange for someone to come out to the house after Christmas since I'm taking those days
