Got a call from a client who has a native American tenant who is behind on rent. When she spoke to him last night about this debt, he told her that she couldn't sue him in US courts because he's a Native American and can only be sued in tribal courts and he's claiming sovereignity or something

I've been a Damon fan since the beginning as I've known of Ian Somerhalder's hotness since "Lost". Of course I was pretty sad that he was cast as the evil brother but the balance has changed and he's morphing back into a good guy thanks in part to Elena (in the beginning back in the 18th century it was Damon who was the good vampire).

I'm now curious about Michael the vampiric vampire hunter. We saw him firing wooden bullets back in the '20s but how did he end up in the mausoleum and what is his connection to Klaus and Rebekah?

And who should Jeremy believe Anna or Vicky? There's something happening on the other side. Oh what a ride we're on.

I've been into Vampire Diaries since about the third episode. I loved Damon right from the start. I always thought Ian Somerhalder was too pretty. I mean, I've always been more attracted to men with some sort of physical flaw (James Marsters has a weak chin, Alex Skarsgard has a lumpy nose and a serious overbite, a kinda weak chin. Jensen Ackles is short and if he doesn't work at it gets chubby. Nathan Fillion has, indeed gotten chubby. And they are all hot to me.) But Ian? Dude is flawless. I wasn't interested. Then, sort of by accident, I started paying attention to his environmental projects. And then I got interested in him. I never claimed to be sane.

I can't wait for some good Damon/Elena action.
