I need to stop writing essays. Particularly when I'm trying to work on fan fiction for kink memes. So, enjoy an essay about the connotations of bad word choice in conjunction with feminism and rape fantasies?

On a tangental note, I tend to headshake when someone (usually a radical "feminist" who defines penis-in-vagina intercourse as "rape", who, dear god, PLEASE DON'T BE ON MY SIDE YOU'RE MAKING MY SIDE LOOK BAD) equates penetration with submission.

Because, uh, not when I do it. I'm not being penetrated; I'm swallowing, enveloping, gripping. Ain't nothing passive about it. (Unless I want it to be.)

Hell no that's not TMI, that's how life is. I've come across a few articles that were like "when everything is being done to the vagina, how are women supposed to empower their sexuality?" The language we use is really outdated and really sexist, just on connotations alone. Like, if a man being penetrated can be actively doing things with his ass (although sometimes boy-sex is passive for the (fuck, here come faulty language) receiver), why can't women actively do things with their vaginas (besides bleed from them)? If I can survive once a month when my reproductive organs cripple me with pain, I can fucking well take on a goddamn penis.

I posted this and then was like, "...oh no I wrote a wank disguised as an essay." But I really do think that comments like this need addressing; yes, I say stupid shit all the time, but hopefully I'm not as bad as this.

I am very pro-sex (for those who don't know the term, I accept people's sexualities, kinks and fetishes, regardless if they are my sexual preferences or not).
I didn't knew the term, but I fit perfectly in the definition and I'm really happy that I know at least one person who is pro-sex too!

It has been a while since I read such an interesting post on livejournal. This post is amazing and I agree with everything you said.

Thank you! I love meeting pro-sex people. And I love kink memes, because that's exactly what it's about: Saying, "hey world, I like this sexuality/sexual activity," and not only having the world respond, but actually give that sexuality back to you.

Thanks! It's much easier for me to write than it is to actually speak. In RL I sound ridiculous when I try to explain things. And I have a habit of trying to explain things through noises, which are sadly more effective than when I explain with words.
