Personally I think you should get the 'heavies' onto them. This is sickening that they treat you like this ><;.

I'm here if you need me to wibble to I always need someone when I'm having anxiety problems.

Agreement with lost_innocenc3. This is at the very least shady, if not illegal.

They are required BY LAW to furnish tax documents by the end of January.

Well, this wouldn't be the first time they dicked me around with something less than legal and got away with it. Bastards... NEVER work with Ameriprize; they'll screw you any way they can. (I swear it was spite)

Too bad you've found out the hard way that Ameriprise is a scam designed to part you from your hard earned cash. Once you realize you've been scammed and you bail, they'll make life difficult in the way of charging you outrageous transfer fees and stonewalling you on getting you the documents you need.

You're not alone as there's a message board devoted to the scam they call Ameriprise.
