Thing A + Thing B equals Crazy

Two things about me, and what they mean:

Thing One:
I love movie scores, and they're one of my favourite kinds (genres? styles?) of music. Obviously, there are plenty of really humdrum scores out there, but a good score is just as great to listen to as a good studio album from a band I like.

I don't blame you, regarding Graeme Revell. What I have of his work is very good and what has helped me look at instrumental scores in a new light. (Usually soundtracks only interested me if it had music-with-lyrics that I liked.)

I probably shouldn't tell you this, but you can get a large amount of Graeme Revell's work from eMusic. :) (For example, I grabbed the soundtrack to Sci-Fi's Dune. I didn't like what Sci-Fi had done to Dune, but the music was awesome.)

Ah! Well, if I were to undertake a similar quest, I'd find an official complete discography listing everything he's done and made, and then use that as a checklist (which you may have already done).

And yeah, at least when it comes to music, I'm a horrible enabler. :) Good luck!

The Wikipedia page has a loooooong list; I'm not sure if it's exhaustive, but it's more informative than his official site, so...

Do you have any of his SPK stuff? It seems to be rare as hen's teeth on this side of the Tasman.

Sadly not. I'm interested in getting it, though.

Thanks for the reminder; I'll keep an eye out for it. I'll let you know if I get any :)
