Two things about me, and what they mean:
Thing One:
I love movie scores, and they're one of my favourite kinds (genres? styles?) of music. Obviously, there are plenty of really humdrum scores out there, but a good score is just as great to listen to as a good studio album from a band I like.
I particularly like
Graeme Revell,
Hans Zimmer,
Klaus Badelt and
Michael McCann.
Thing Two:
I'm a collector and a completionist. If I like something, I like to have everything of that something.
Help!
Trying to get all of Graeme Revell's work is going to drive me batshit crazy, and I shouldn't try, and some of it's probably not even very good. Right? Right? But I can't help wanting to! I'm looking from his Wikipedia credits list to my music sites of choice and back again, and I'm gettin' awful twitchy, ma.
...I blame
bruceb, who introduced me to Graeme Revell lo, these many moons ago.
