AN: Okay, so I couldn't imagine a cat named Jared, so I used his middle name and shortened it. And, Um, this is totally crack.

*dies* But then I felt bad about laughing because previously-cat!Jared was so scared. The description of him hiding his face in Jensen's elbow is adorable.

I did feel bad for the ex-kitty as I wrote it.

I had a cat once that got the handle of a paper shopping bag stuck around his neck, and he tried to run away from it but it kept chasing him, and he ran up into the chair and under my elbow like that. It was adorable, hilarious and so sad at the same time.

My cat was stuck in the handle of a Macy's bag and ran through a window. Luckily he wasn't cut at all, but of course we freaked out thinking the house was being broken into, but all the glass was on the outside. That's when we saw Bunya running around the parking lot of our building with the bag on like a cape around his neck. It took days for him to calm down and to this day I'm grateful that we took the apartment on the ground floor instead of the third floor.
