I have finished writing the research paper for my Leadership Principles class. This is the last class I have to complete the requirements for my Master's degree, and in fact I have already been through the graduation ceremony (in May) since my school lets students who will finish their degree requirements by the end of the summer sessions walk in

Thank you for the congrats, but it's not an MBA. I felt that degree was too common in the banking industry and I wanted to stand out. It's a Master of Science in Training and Organizational Development.
