Isn't it funny, maybe not in a riproaring smack the knees laughter bellowing from the guts.. but its just disarming in its sweetness and light, almost ironic but never quite making its way there ( Read more... )

One time I was involved in a DUI with a girl and I got off scot-free, b/c the girl was driving. I was drunk, too. I feel really guilty, b/c I feel like I could've avoided it. She was driving in her car, obviously, and she even offered to let me drive back. Apparently we were going to her place. Anyway, even though I was drunk, I felt like I could've driven decently. I've done it before, but I'm always extremely careful when doing that. The reason she got caught is b/c she was speeding. I could've even told her to slow down and be careful. It's just not fair..maybe it is, but it still sucks, though. We could've even stayed at the club a little while longer and sobered up or when she stopped at McDonald's, we could've went inside and ate and sobered up there. I feel both guilty and disappointed at the same time. I felt like we were really leading up to a fun night there. She seemed really smitten by me and I was by her. I haven't heard from her since and it's extremely unlikely that I ever will again. I tried calling her on many ( ... )

Sometimes I really feel like I am fake. People do not really know the "real" me. They like the fake me, and I really don't think they would like the real me. Of course that prevents me from ever showing others my true self. Not even people who consider themselves close to me. I cannot even say that they see a glimpse of the real me. It is sad to think that people would probably not like me if they knew how I really felt and how I really feel. See I realize that the fake me is the complete opposite of the real me. So if people like the fake me, how could they also like the real me? It is not possible. So I continue being this me that I have created over time. I wonder if I do it long enough if that will become the real me and not just the fake me.

Does having a somewhat intimate relationship with an entity, like one of my guardian angels count as a secret, blushes

I'm so full of them it's hard to pick one worth sharing, for what's an interesting secret to me may just be so-so to others, if that. I secertly wish to be someone's slave, instead I am always the dominator. It has its perks, yet in a world so full of perceived control is it any wonder I want to relinquish all of mine. No surprises there.

I am an agoraphobic.

Two, two, twqo secrets for the price of one.
