So Quiznos is good, my car and cat are proving expensive, and I am killing time waiting for my laundry to finish. Maggie and I are going to make another attempt on the ghosts in her house, this time by stakeout. So this morning I woke up, went into the bathroom, sat down, and discovered I was covered it little tiny baby spiders. I didn't scream, but rather nearly went comatose. Everybody needs friends. Also, I think that nearly every kid has the awkward period where they have few or no friends. But every person always has to have some vent for their emotions and affection, so it's pretty common for a kid in this position to "make" a friend, to place their affection elsewhere in the absence of thriving popularity. So my sister Diane almost burned down the house today. Mom was making meatloaf and mashed potatoes and peas, but Katherine wanted pizza and had forty dollars in Christmas money. So she ordered some.
