this is mostly just a quick update to let you guys know what's been going on over here. this week has been pretty quiet for me. instead of stabbing myself in the eye with a pencil when i couldn't find something to make by brain go vroom, i've divided my time between loading fic up on my Dreamwidth account and simply reading books.

I've been fiddling with my tags since I "fixed" them on my LJ. lol That's part of the job though. Gotta fine tune this stuff! But it really isn't as big a job as you think it'll be. Trust me. ;)

well, if i do what i've been doing with DW, it will turn into a big job. but i'm really anal that way.

still, i think it might look nice if there was some kind of rhyme and reason to my tags. instead of that blob just... yeah. they're a mess and i need to organize them. one of these days.

'Yay' for books!

Well, I had noticed that you were going crazy posting stuff of DW. Which, of course, made me consider doing something similar. But I decided not to bother. I have LJ & I have EFFN. Still, my DW account is just sitting there collecting dust. *sigh* Oh well.

Now, I might actually clean up my LJ tags one of these days.... Maybe.

Seems to me you've been doing something constructive, hun.

odd as it sounds, for me, constructive is pounding out six or seven thousand words. i don't know that i find this to be the same kind of constructive as everyone else does.

i know i've got EFFN and LJ here, but i figure an extra backup won't be so bad. and i felt the same way. the account was just sitting there, collecting dust. i had to do something with it. so i figured a backup archive wouldn't be such a bad thing.

the tags there are easy because there aren't even 50 of them yet. i've got over 200 here and... then i have to go back and look through all of the fic i've written and posted (on my LJ, at least) and fiddle with it. considering i've posted a ton of fic here... yeah. you can see why this is an on going thing.

i just can't seem to stop myself. i've got these weird, anal tendencies that pop up and i can't avoid them. kind of like the men... oi!

i've been reading this past week like i used to, ages ago. at least a book a day. i finished one this morning, started another and will likely have it finished off in time to start the next tonight. that's how i roll.

and i'm sure you'll catch up in your own time.
