I can't believe I missed this when you first posted it. I am loving how you write Booth so lyrically, rhythmically. The whole tone just follows the cadence of a meditative prayer as you take us through his adult life. That's a great gift you have with your writing and I'm so happy you share it with us.

I'm so glad you enjoyed this -- I'm hoping the whole series has the feel of a rosary which is sort of hard to capture, but... I think I'm making strides in that direction.
