It has been a very rough week thus far. So it seems to be getting better. I have been taking valairan root every evening. I am drowsy the next day but I am much calmer. It seems to be working though I don't like wanting to take a nap first thing in the afternoon.

Well I guess I'll see how well this works. If I can keep up with my blog and my chores and lit'miss.  I am hoping that some how I can be a more effective person. Since our support network melted I have had more than one issue with my anxiety. I am scared for Tim and Mair.
