Only about three people on the flist are going to get this, but at least I'm amused! ^_^

A while back I had a conversation with Celinra regarding Light from Death Note and Enjolras from Les Misérables and why they should never, ever be allowed to play together. From there things degraded into theorizing that Grantaire isn't a particularly ugly human but is, in fact, a rather attractive Shinigami, and Combeferre watches all of this ( Read more... )

...EVER. The last thing we need is two crazy hawt apparently-asexual men trying to make the world a better place by killing all those they deem bad.

...and if Grantaire's not a Shinigami, he's a member of the Wammy's House. His letter is R.

Indeed. ...and they're not really giving asexuals a good name, are they?

Now I need to actually listen to my newly acquired Les Miserable soundtrack. I was going to listen, and then I read the summary on wikipedia and was too intimidated by the length of the summary. O_o;; Also, whoever the original Broadway Epinine was somewhat bothered me. I'm spoiled by the youtube videos of Lea Salonga. ^^; But even knowing next-to-nothing about Les Mis, just picturing an 18th (19th?) century Frenchman with a Death Note is amusing enough.

Which soundtrack do you have?

And, I think it's 1823. And if that's right I will be amazed because I haven't looked at the timeline in years.
