Well, they seem to be doubled - as if there's a second... City around us. It's a bit perplexing as there's certainly nothing visible, and yet my instruments say something's there.

As a rule, no, but I've gone to great lengths to calibrate them to the City's environs and I don't believe this is a simple technical error.

...Yes, I have. I've rebuilt some of the instruments I lost when the TARDIS left, and they're giving me... doubled readings. Have you noticed the same?

I really don't know how one would celebrate such an occasion, or if they even would?

It's so... well, I suppose the idea is somewhat depressing, that one could be trapped here for so long.
