In less than a week, I'll have been here for an entire Earth year... hardly an occasion to celebrate but worth noting nonetheless. Time, as it is wont to do, marches on inexorably to its end and it appears I'm still set to watch it pass instead of travel through it.
Hmmm, apparently I'm in a maudlin frame of mind. My apologies. I did post to ask if any of the scientists here in the City have gotten any... strange readings regarding our rather unique environment. They've only just started, so it may the the affect of some strange curse, but I thought it worth asking.

I have two items of note for the Police Force:
The first - I've completed an upgrade of your systems. Additionally, I've adapted a program a rather clever young man developed for locating oneself in the City to add a location transmission feature. Should a crime occur, one can upload the location to the Police servers and it should filter through to all the member's devices automatically without the need for pesky calls and the like. It will, of course, need some testing, but I believe it may be of use to you.
And for the second... I'd like to examine the mind of the young woman whose organs were... distributed to the City's residents. I may have inadvertently discovered the identity of one of her assailants, or at the very least the identity of the man who telepathically covered their tracks. However, I cannot be certain until I've taken a look at her and as I am not, as it were, an official member of the Police Force, I felt it best to ask for a introduction from you.
If someone could assist me that would be appreciated.
