Cold record

Today was this year's cold record (so far) - -24,4ºC (-12ºF). Consequently, my cheekbones hurt and I can't feel the soles of my feet.
In good news, my winter holidays have now officially begun!

EDIT: New record - 29ºC (-20,2ºF)

What do your extremities think of the fact that the all time cold record here was about twice as low (-43,5ºC (-46,3ºF))?

I just do. It's usually colder this time of the year actually, so I'm simply used to surviving.
