I was hoping that Gwen's asking about Owen meant that she was having an affair with him. I was really, really hoping it.

Well I wanted to keep that undercurrent of hostility that Gwen and Owen's relationship have in the show, that has always interested me.

But Owen does have an interesting role to play later ;)
