Thank you, sir, for outing my condition to the whole of Seireitei. I do greatly appreciate it.

I have already visited the Fourth, and received a remedy that should help with the headache. They seem to have an increasing amount of patients with similar symptoms--perhaps the spring colds are simply very vehement this year. So far, it seems to be a simple head cold with a side of migraine, so please do not worry.

I asked Fuyutsuki-san to bring me tea and water, but... if you would not mind dropping by, I would welcome the company. I am no longer seeing auras or flinching at every noise from the training ground, so that is an improvement, I suppose.
