So, I am on my goal to get down below the obese mark on the BMI scale.  This being said, I have roughly 26lbs left on goal mark 1.  Which I have to look at as not bad as I have already gone down around 15 (the last time I checked).  I've been eating MUCH healthier, but today I was really bad.  We had friday morning munchies that someone brought in ( Read more... )

I did my first 5k ever on Saturday. It was lots of fun but I didn't do what I was planning on. I ended up walking 3.5k of the entire thing. So I went to the Dr. yesterday due to the fact that since Saturday, my right hand thumb on the outside has been numb which has slowly moved down my arm, it's not really numb just the easiest way to explain it.
