Universal to Make WoT Movie, WoT Fans Rush to be the First to Hate It

I will keep my opinions to myself on this, but I will say that if this fandom gets over run by the equivalent of the Legolas fangirls for LotR, I will not be happy.

But if it expands the fandom, keeps it "fresh" for longer... Plus people do grow up and we've seen this is the sort of fandom people stick with for a decade or more. :P It isn't like you've never been overwhelmed by teenagers on message boards before. :P

I'm.....unsure. On the one hand, yay movie! On the other, I don't want to see it butchered. I've loved this series for nearly 10 years. If it's fucked up and ends up filled with fan girls then I may have to resort to drastic measures.

I'm not sure what to think... I like the idea but it's just SOOOOOOO long that I think doing it justice would be really difficult. We shall see though =)

I'm actually horrified by all the terrible casting fans have been doing. If they do actually make this damn movie, they sure as hell better get a good casting director :|
