So Saturday was supposed to be the garage sale I've been planning for a few weeks. It's not so much that we need the money, it's that I need projects to keep me busy during the summer. So cleaning out the closets for a garage sale has kept me entertained for several weeks ( Read more... )

Nice furniture! I hear ya on the "the decorating's all yours, but I don't like any of your ideas" thing. Drives me crazy. MINE!

Hee! Yeah, I saw that. I love that they used the Queen soundtrack for the teaser. I'm hoping it means they'll use it in the series too.

nope they said they only used that for the trailer. They will have a different them song. They may use the queen version but alter it like All Along the Watchtower.

If you decide to give to Goodwill then keep the receipt for a tax deduction.

Each receipt (if I recall) can hold a value up to $500, so if you think you have more than $500 worth of stuff take it in 2 trips.

Personally, I would try a yard sale first then take anything that doesn't sell.
